When we work together, you’re also working with my wife, Ashley, and you may occasionally hear some babbles from our cute little daughter, Charlie. We’re a match! Now we meet to understand what you’re looking/hoping for and your timeline for purchasing or selling. We’ll also review the home-buying and selling process from start to finish. Then we hit the ground running.
We’re keeping up daily on every listing that’s public, private, or about to hit the market. We’re looking at listings together and offering on the homes you feel great about and/or taking offers and preparing to make a decision.
Your offer has been accepted and we’re moving aggressively into closing. We want to get you into your new home swiftly and without hiccups. We’ll move through each process with the lender, appraiser, inspection, title, and insurance to ensure every detail is covered and you’re able to focus on the moving portion itself!
